System Requirements
The Graphics Agent for macOS depends on the following system capacities and capabilities:
Host Requirements

Network Ports | The following ports must be open on the host desktop:
Collaboration sessions require an open UDP port (default 64172) UDP port 4172 does not need to be opened when using Anyware Manager Enterprise. For PCoIP Ultra Collaboration, incoming traffic on UDP 4173 must also be open. |
Storage | At least 100MB for installation and 100MB for logging are recommended. |
User | You must create a user account for PCoIP connections. The user name cannot contain spaces, and cannot be the root user account. |
