Installing GPU Drivers on Windows Desktops
Before installing the Anyware Agent, you need to install the correct driver for your configured GPUs. RDP into your machine and then proceed with the installation instructions below.
The correct driver versions for release 24.10 are shown below. Be sure to install the specified driver, and not the latest available version. We qualify Graphics Agent support against the driver versions listed here.
Documentation for download and installation of these drivers is provided by their manufacturers. As a convenience, we've provided the current locations of relevant third-party documentation here. While we do our best to keep these links up to date, we do not control these resources or their locations and it's possible that they could break.
Install GPU Drivers on ESXi and KVM Hypervisors

Note: GRID 17.x is Not Supported on Windows Server 2019
GRID 17.x is not supported on Microsoft Windows Server 2019. Ensure that GPU drivers are updated to **GRID 16.x** on Windows Server 2019.
Installing the Anyware Agent
Once the GPU drivers are present, you can download the Anyware Installer.
