Collaboration sessions require 5 open UDP ports (64172-64176)

UDP port 4172 does not need to be opened when using Anyware Manager Enterprise.

StorageAt least 100MB for installation and 100MB for logging are recommended.

Note: Windows OS support lifecycle

Windows versions are only supported until mainstream support ends from Microsoft.

Only the listed versions of Windows 10 are supported

The Graphics Agent for Windows is compatible with Windows 10 22H2 (64-bit Professional and Enterprise). Other versions of Windows 10 are not supported.

Graphics Agent for Windows is only supported when running on Windows for x86/x64 hardware. Windows for ARM is currently not supported.

Supported GPUs

Note: GRID 17.x is Not Supported on Windows Server 2019

GRID 17.x is not supported on Microsoft Windows Server 2019. On Windows 2019 servers, ensure that GPU drivers are updated to 16.4 for AWS and 16.5 for other hypervisors or cloud providers.

Note: NVIDIA Tesla cards have license limitations

Systems using NVIDIA Tesla-based GPUs, including M60, M10, and M6, are subject to licensing restrictions which may further reduce the available number of monitors or their available resolutions. For systems using Tesla-based GPUs, only licensed displays and resolutions will use GRID functionality. For more information, see NVIDIA’s Grid Licensing User Guide

Info: Display limitations on Microsoft Azure

Graphics Agents running on Microsoft Azure may be limited to a single 2560x1600 display, depending on the state of NVIDIA GRID licensing.

  • 1Anyware agent machines using these cards require special configuration and have limitations beyond those documented in this guide. Laptop versions of these NVIDIA GPUs may not work as expected. For more information and detailed instructions, see HP Anyware Instructions for Consumer Grade NVIDIA GPUs in the Knowledge Base. Additional cards will likely work, but have not been tested.
