Anyware Support Bundler Tool

HP Anyware's support team may request a support file from your system to help troubleshoot and diagnose PCoIP issues.

Customizable Script

This script can be customized, in the case where the log files are located in a different location the script should be updated appropriately.

To create a support file:

  1. Open a terminal window.
  2. Launch the support bundler:
/Applications/PCoIPClient.app/Contents/Resources/pcoip-client-support-bundler

The file will be created and placed in the user's home directory.
